Kate Bosworth in Burberry Prorsum - Burberry Body Launch Event

The lovely Kate Bosworth who is quickly becoming the girl I write most about attended the launch of Burberry Body perfume in LA the other night looking so stunning and almost stealing the limelight from Rosie Huntington-Whiteley! Being a huge fan of the brand Kate was luck enough to land the first Burberry Spring 2012 dress making it her second time after scoring first dibs on Proenza Schouler Spring 2012 - she has an array of fans in the fashion world so I'm not surprised but then again Kate has been the one to watch for years and she never disappoints!

Kate chose this stunning African print dress which is in a different colour to the runway version but in my opinion this colour is much more striking! My jaw dropped when I saw Kate in this dress and that doesn't happen too often - the colour is a dream on her and she has the attitude needed to pull it off. The dress had a knotted and key-hole detail to add individuality paired with a black belt which co-ordinated with her black strappy sandals. One of my favourite looks of the week for sure! 

Kate gorgeous turquoise and green embellished wristlet was a stand out piece in this outfit and just as important as her dress - the two colours go perfectly together and I'm getting serious envy right now, its so beautiful! 

Naturally Kate left her hair in 'bed hair' mode but I'm still in love with it, her hair colour is fantastic and suits her a hell of a lot! Her make up was also very natural, a slick of mascara did the trick to make those baby blues pop.

Leighton Meester in J.Mendel - Roger Vivier Cocktail Party

Leighton Meester attended a private cocktail party for Roger Vivier earlier in the week - she's a huge fan of their heels & clutches so I'm not surprised she got invited to this super private party. 

She managed to score another fresh off the New York Spring 2012 runway look making it her second, I'm sure she's got a few more up her sleeve!

Leighton wore this super cute J.Mendel multi-colour sequin dress - its very 'Leighton' as this is the length she usually goes for and its fashionable enough for a small event like this one. I wasn't surprised to see she'd picked another Spring 2012 dress seeing as this is the norm now in Celebville!

I love this picture as the various colours on the dress really compliment Leighton's skin tone & dark hair, it really pops under the light giving a beautiful effect. Leigh kept things simple with chic Roger Vivier sandals & a pretty clutch while wearing a ton Bvlgari jewellery - lucky girl! 

Leigh completed her look with simple but pretty hair and very natural make-up, I actually don't think she has any foundation on at all but she does have mascara only that's it! It's very rare to see a celebrity so natural but she's a natural beauty so its not a problem!

Zoe Saldana in Reed Krakoff - 2011 Glamour Reel Moments Premiere

The gorgeous Zoe Saldana keeps giving it her all for her fashion game, the actress & direction is always giving something different and has become the It girl of the Spring 2012 collections as she's been the first to wear many many designers! 

On this occasion Zoe gave the nudes a rest and wore this gorgeous dark purple piece which looks delicious on her beautiful skin!

Zoe's gorgeous dress was a deep purple with a gunmetal chain-mail panel and black sheer overlay, it was very feminine and looked beautiful on her. I think what's really captivating me is how amazing and bright the colour is, it really pops against Zoe's caramel skin, just a perfect choice for her! 

And because she had so much dazzle on the dress, Zoe kept everything minimal, light grey Ferragamo pumps completed her amazing look which I'm currently obsessed with - everything is perfect, I wouldn't change a thing! 

Last but not least! Zoe kept her hair in pretty waves but it was her stunning make-up which really caught my eye! She had a very light purple on her eyelids and a bright purple on her lower eye line which really accentuated her eyes, one of my favourite Zoe looks for sure!

Anne Hathaway in Erdem - 15th Annual Hollywood Film Awards Gala

The lovely Anne Hathaway was yet another attendee at the 15th Annual Hollywood Film Awards Gala. She showed up looking gorgeous as always and gave us the first look at Erdem's Spring 2012 collection on the red carpet.

Anne donned this Erdem dress straight off the runway and although I wasn't too impressed by the recent collection by Erdem I do like this on Anne. She's a big Erdem fan so I'm not surprised she got first dibs on this collection - Rachel Zoe knows how to get her clients the best of the best!

I think the various shades of blue are lovely on Anne skin

tone & hair colour plus it fits her like a glove! Anne paired her dress with black Louboutin peep-toes to keep things simple and not overdone. Very nice and very Anne! 

As always, she looked gorgeous with her flowy caramel tresses and big smoky eyes, I'm always a fan of Anne's make-up because accentuates those beautiful eyes.

Carey Mulligan in Bottega Veneta - 15th Annual Hollywood Film Awards Gala

The lovely Carey Mulligan also attended the 15th Annual Hollywood Film Awards Gala the other night, she as always looks great - I've become a big fan of Carey's since An Education which I loved and which also catapulted her to acting fame but also fashion icon status - she's adored by Prada and other influential designers.
Carey's next project is The Great Gatsby adaptation set for release in 2012 in which she co-stars alongside Leonardo DiCaprio to play Daisy Buchanan - she won the role over a bevy of Hollywood heavyweights and I'm sure she'll be fantastic. Now back to her clothes...

Carey is the second person, after Salma Hayek to wear a Bottega Veneta Spring 2012 piece and does she look amazing? This look is more dressed up than usual for Carey who prefers laid back pieces without too much fuss but I was pleasantly surprised to see her wearing this, she looks really glamorous and sophisticated!

She accessorized with black Salvatore Ferragamo peep toes and a Bottega Veneta black clutch to keep in with the dark them. A triumph for Carey!  

Cute Carey really made an effort with a perfected quiff plus I love her as a blonde it really draws attention to her beautiful brown eyes which were very smoky with lashings of mascara - so lovely!

Emma Stone in Jonathan Saunders - 15th Annual Hollywood Film Awards Gala

Emma Stone looked ethereal & wispy as she attended the 15th Annual Hollywood Film Awards Gala last night for her role in the critically acclaimed The Help which won her & the cast 'Best Ensemble'.

Emma wore a Jonathan Saunders dress which was fresh off the runway making her the first to wear a look from his Spring 2012 collection - it seems the stars really are all making a bee line for who can wear who first this season!

Emma wore this delicate beige pleated dress by Jonathan Saunders and I feel like this has become uniform for Emma - mid length, light colours and delicate fabrics is what she's all about. She pulls this dress off thanks to her red hair giving it that edge but I can't help thinking this would've looked better on a brunette and on somebody with a slight tan.

I think I'm more enchanted by Emma's shoe choice than her dress to be honest - these Dior heels are heavenly with just the right heel & detail, a shoe lovers dream although I do wish they were slightly darker because Emma herself is so pale that it almost blends with her skin tone. Other than that, no complains from me! 

Emma finished her look with retro waves and lovely make-up which really offset her green eyes to perfection. Also, aren't those green  Irene Neuwirth earrings divine, they look amazing against her red locks and really stand out against the nudes.

Camilla Belle in Ralph Lauren - An Evening With Ralph Lauren

Camilla Belle attended the An Evening With Ralph Lauren dinner last night looking wonderful. She was of course in Ralph Lauren and probably takes home the prize for Best Dressed at this event. I've never written about Camilla before which is strange because I'm a huge fan of her style - she's always very glamorous and high fashion but none the less, for a first time this is a pretty amazing one!

Camilla's beautiful gown had a sheer yoke, beaded body and a feather like chiffon train that gave her the upper hand against the other attendees - the dress hugs her body perfectly and gives her such a beautiful shape. I love this dress on her and she certainly has the attitude to pull it off - she looks fierce & she knows it! 

Camilla perfected her look with sleeked back hair a la Keira Knightley which allowed her to show off those beautiful earrings. Her make-up was also perfection, navy eyeshadow along with false eyelashes & a deep pink which was the only pop of colour.

The amazing Keira Knightley attended the London Premiere of 'A Dangerous Method' last night looking ravishing as per usual.

She looked very sleek and sophisticated in her Roksanda Ilincic dress, which is uniform to Keira who usually glides on the red carpet in Chanel or Valentino but on this occasion she picked a London based designer. Keira has had a beautiful run for her up-coming movie giving us looks from Elie Saab and her trusty Valentino. London being the edgiest city of all though gave her the chance to change her game up and give us something completely different...

Keira's dress has a key-hole detail that adds to the interest and the two tone colours are lovely and quite appropriate as she is in rainy England - it also goes well with her sleek hair, very British indeed! 

The dress of course fits her like a glove and makes her look very statuesque and regal - like the beautiful Keira always is! She really is one of my absolute favourites on the red carpet as she always brings something different to the table plus I can't help but be a bit obsessed with her considering how utterly stunning she is!

Keira completed her look with very sleek hair, leaving all of the attention on her dress and her famous Kohl-rimmed eyes which are my favourite feature of hers - love it, love her!

The lovely Kate Bosworth attended the CFDA Vogue Fashion Fund Finalist Announcement last week looking gorgeous in Proenza Schouler Spring 2012 - she's the first person to be wearing a piece from the new collection which was also styled the same way.

I love that Kate wore this look exactly the same as the runway because the yellow in the cropped top didn't look anywhere near this bright on the runaway so I'm glad we got to see it properly. While some other bloggers didn't approve of the brown & yellow being put together I actually think this works really well - she looks really effortless and beautiful! 

Kate wore her hair in a messy bun and kept the face & eyes pretty natural with a pop of coral on the lips - I think the lip colour off set this look nicely and of course Kate looks gorgeous as always!

Leighton Meester in Jason Wu - Jimmy Choo’s Icons Collection Dinner

My girl Leighton attended a private dinner for Jimmy Choo last Thursday to celebrate the release of their Icons Collection book - she's a big Jimmy Choo fan so I'm not surprised Leighton was invited to this private soiree, she was joined by actress Lake Bell and of course Jimmy Choo's leading lady Tamara Mellon.

Fashion forward as always, Leighton wore a straight off the runway Jason Wu look - its exactly how it was presented on the runway in September and I especially love that blouse its so pretty and floaty! She paired her look with Jimmy Choo wedges and a clutch (obviously) which are also from their Spring 2012 collection, Leighton was definitely going for a rock-chick look at this event as everything is so dark but I personally love it! 

Another picture of Leighton looking gorgeous in her get-up, I really hope we see her in more Spring 2012 pieces especially any from the Paris shows!

Last but not least, it seems Leigh has trimmed her fringe as it looks significantly shorter than before but none the less I love her dark brunette colour, its what suits her the most in my opinion. I also loved her dark make-up, Kohl rimmed eyes, plenty of mascara and a peachy lip gloss finished off her look - beautiful!

Marion Cotillard in Christian Dior - 'Contagion' Paris Premiere

French actress & face of Christian Dior Marion Cotillard attended the Paris Premiere of her movie 'Contagion' last night and looked sensational in this Dior dress which is straight off the Spring runway.

I've been a fan of Marion's ever since she won her Oscar for La Vie En Rose a few years back and she's continued to become a great actress of her time and a fashion icon at the same time - she's the face of Lady Dior handbags and has been for a while now, her campaigns adverts are stunning so go check them out!

Marion became the second person to wear a look from the very recent Spring 2012 collection and chose this cute number which is appropriate for a small Premiere but I almost wish she had gone for something bigger and bolder as I'm sure she had her pick of Dior dresses but none the less I do like it. Its chic and sophisticated, exactly like Marion herself. 

Aside from her dress, these amazing heels really caught my eye! They were presented in a different colour on the runway but I much prefer this gorgeous coral - I love the chain detail that goes all the way up to the ankle, they're just beautiful and kind of outshine the dress to be honest, oops! 

Marion set off her dress with her gorgeous brunette waves and natural make-up which made her mesmerizing eyes the centre of attention. Love her!

Amanda Seyfried in Prabal Gurung - 'In Time' LA Premiere.

The gorgeous Amanda Seyfried attended the LA Premiere of ''In Time'' earlier this week, her new movie also starring Justin Timberlake & Olivia Wilde. I don't think I've ever written about Amanda before and its strange because I really like her style and she's so beautiful! 

She wore a gorgeous Prabal Gurung dress straight off the Spring 2012 runway - lucky girl!

Amanda had the honour of being the first to wear a piece from Prabal Gurung's Spring 2012 and she chose one of the most beautiful pieces in the collection - this purple, printed psychedelic dress looks beautiful on her pale skin and blonde hair. She definitely has the attitude to pull a look like this off !

Amanda paired her fun & flirty dress with black Jimmy Choo sandals - while they looked great I think it would've completed her look better if she had chosen another colour but none the less I love this dress on her and its a red carpet triumph! Cannot wait to see what she wears next! 

She completed her look with sexy Brigitte Bardot inspired hair which I love plus her hair colour is absolutely amazing - its her natural colour so she's lucky! I also loved her make-up, the Kohl around her eyes really accentuates her blue-green eyes - ugh she's so beautiful its hypnotizing!

Leighton Meester at Christian Dior Spring 2012 Show.

The gorgeous Leighton Meester made a pleasant surprise appearance at Paris Fashion Week to view Christian Dior's Spring 2012 Collection back in September but I've been so busy with covering all of Fashion Week that this has been forgotten about - no longer though!
The brunette beauty showed up looking angelic in her beautiful white dress and happily posed for pictures outside and inside the venue, cannot wait to see if Leighton wears any of the pieces in the near future! This was Leighton's first (and only) appearance at this season's shows (unfortunately) but none the less she made it remember-able and is clearly a big fan of Dior, plus she was pictured backstage so they're obviously fans of hers as well, well who wouldn't be?

Leighton wore this beautiful Dior dress at the Fashion Show which happens to be from the collection she saw, it wasn't presented on the runway but its a commercial dress from the collection. I love how heavenly and ethereal she looks in white and she's been wearing it quite a lot recently! I also really like the length and overall design of the dress, its not too short so it leaves a little to the imagination along with the covered bust line which extends to her shoulders - the pleats are so pretty and girly. 

Leigh accessorized her white dress with black accessories - a black Dior chain bag, black Dior watch & Louis Vuitton shoes with white thin stripes. She really went for the monochrome look with this get-up and it remained very clean and polished which Leighton doesn't do too often but I love her whole look and I was glad to see her at Dior Spring 2012 seeing as she didn't attend any other shows. 

She completed her look with cascading waves and gorgeous natural make-up - she wore false eyelashes to highlight her eyes but kept everything else neutral. Beautiful as always. 

As well as Leighton attending, her gorgeous GG co-star Roxane Mesquida was in attendance - the ladies posed together & seemed very friendly!

Paris Fashion Week: Spring 2012 Favourites

Hello once again fashion lovers, its been a few days since I posted my coverage of Milan Fashion Week and so of course here is the last in the series and probably the one most look forward to: Paris!!

As always Paris is the city which we all wait patiently for, its the last stop in Fashion Week and its well known that it holds the most extravagant presentations with even more extravagant clothing - its the City of Love as we all know it, yet this season it really had us falling deeply and quickly. We saw the most beautiful settings at Chanel who had a under-water theme, peaceful music and then the amazing Florence Welch appeared from a shell to sing her hit song ''What The Water Gave Me'' while wearing a beautiful custom made dress she will surely treasure for the rest of her life.
Then came Louis Vuitton - the carousel, the colours, the clothes and Kate Moss, need I say any more? Another show which captured my heart so deeply was Alexander McQueen - I don't think there must have been a single person sitting in that presentation who wasn't flabbergasted with Sarah Burton's creations, the patterns and craftsmanship that went into those dresses is like the work of a Couture house, if not better. Lee McQueen would've been so proud of this collection among all because it was a true representation of the brand - beautiful clothes that leave a deep, lasting memory in your mind.
